The function rooms at Panthers Port Macquarie caters from 10 – 1000 people. With six function rooms to select from, you will enjoy premium quality and exceptional service. The rooms include the recently renovated Auditorium, catering for up to 1000. The Basement, catering for up to 400, Renaissance Room catering for up to 120 people, our Rushcutter Room, which breaks into two rooms, Rushcutter 1 and Rushcutter 2. As one large room it caters for 230 people. Rushcutter Room 1 is ideal for up to 200 people. Rushcutter Room 2 caters for up to 30 people. Our Executive Training Room caters for up to 30. Our newest room is our Executive Conference Room, catering for up to 30 people.
Up to 1000 people.
Our well-equipped Auditorium is ideal for up to 1000 people. It has it’s own dedicated bar. It is the largest entertainment and conference venue in Port Macquarie. This event space is 1000 metres squared.
Suitable for: Large exhibitions, trade shows, concerts and theatrical events, gala and presentation dinner
Room features: Permanent theatrical stage, direct access from stage to dressing rooms, fully dimmable house lighting, loading dock access, Wifi, production solutions upon request
Up to 400 people.
The Basement is located on the basement level. It caters for up to 400 people. It is measured at 340 metres squared.
Suitable for: Engagements, birthdays and milestone celebrations ie anniversaries, christenings, reunions, wakes, conferences, seminars, banquet dining
Room features: Dance floor on request, dedicated bar, production solutions upon request
Both rooms – total of 230 people for a sit down dinner.
The Rushcutter Room can be made into two separate rooms. These rooms can be used for meetings, conferences and seminars of any size from 15 to 150. The Rushcutter Room is suitable for parties of any description and can accommodate a dinner for up to 200 guests. The private bar and in-house sound system make this an excellent room for any event.
Rushcutter Room 1: This room caters for up to 200 people and is measured at 200 metres squared
Rushcutter Room 2: This room caters for up to 30 and is measured at 60 metres squared
Suitable for: Engagements, birthdays and milestones, conferences, seminars, banquet dining
Room features: Dance floor on request, wifi, dedicated bar, production solutions upon request
Up to 90 people for a sit down dinner.
The Renaissance Room is on the first level and has a beautiful view over the Hastings River with plenty of natural light. It has its own bar and can accommodate up to 90 guests for a sit-down dinner and is also a great room for a wedding. The Renaissance Room can also be utilised as a conference or seminar room and is capable of doing classroom style for 40 people. The Renaissance Room is measured at 160 metres squared
Suitable for: Weddings, engagements, birthdays and milestone celebrations ie anniversaries, christenings, reunions, wakes, conferences, seminars, banquet dining

EXECUTIVE TRAINING ROOM
Up to 20 people, boardroom style.
Situated in the office area of the club, the Executive Training Room is a quiet room for those smaller seminars with natural light and its own private balcony for that bit of fresh air. The Executive Training Room can be set boardroom style for up to 20 leaving plenty of room to enjoy your conference catering. Our Executive Training Room is measured at 30 metres squared.
EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM
Up to 20 people, boardroom style.
Situated in the office area of the club, Executive Conference Room is a quiet room for those smaller seminars with natural light and its own private balcony for that bit of fresh air.
